Once you have found a home that’s right for you, contact us about reserving it. When you reserve your new home, it’s held for you for a fixed period, with the price secured and the property taken off the market.
From the moment you reserve, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact who stays with you through to moving day. We’ll guide you through any specification choices, keep you updated on progress, and accompany you on site visits along the way.
Making It Yours
Our homes are built to a high specification as standard, but we know the details matter when it comes to making a home your own. Depending on the stage of construction, there may be opportunities to request specific extras or amendments, including a range of finishes and upgrade options. The full specification for your home is set out in your sales brochure.
